Tribute to our essence
This space is dedicated to those who have been the heart and strength behind Jiménez Latorre Livestock and Stud, a lifelong project that began with my father, Don Saturnino Jiménez Ruiz, founder and creator of this house. His vision, his love for livestock, and his boundless dedication have been the foundation upon which we continue to build today. All that we are and all that we do is a tribute to his values and his legacy. Alongside him, my mother and my siblings have been an inexhaustible source of support, commitment, and love for this family project, inspiring us to look toward the future with the same resilience.
I want to extend a special thanks to my children, Rocío and Álvaro, who represent the future of this project. Their commitment, hard work, and love for this family legacy mirror the same spirit that unites us. Seeing them carry on with the same passion is one of my greatest joys.
I must also recognize the ongoing support of our family and friends, who stand beside us every step of the way, offering their warmth and encouragement. And, of course, our deepest gratitude to Don Santiago Arenas, our foreman, whose dedication and expertise are essential to our progress and every milestone we achieve. Without his tireless efforts, this farm would not be what it is today.
We move forward with hard work, love, and the same passion with which we began. This message of gratitude is a small tribute to all who make it possible for this dream to grow day by day.
